We designed and delivered a comprehensive production and operational plan for transforming the arena from an ice hockey setup into a full basketball configuration. This included the coordination of the ice-rink conversion into a basketball court, covering scheduling, technical specifications, and quality control to ensure the venue was ready on time and met international standards.

In parallel, we developed and managed the complete matchday operational model: security protocols, visitor flow logistics, zone management, entrance operations, and capacity control. We created a professional environment for teams, referees, VIPs, and media, and ensured seamless technical operations throughout the event, including lighting, sound, rigging, LED/scoreboard systems, and broadcast and communication lines.

The media scope was handled through coordinated press activities, accreditations, and media flow management, ensuring all outputs ran in an organized and secure manner without interfering with the sporting program. Throughout the event, real-time operational supervision and control were maintained, including the resolution of unexpected situations, to guarantee a smooth, professional delivery without compromise.
